Concierge Event Planner on the Concierge events team in Franklin, TN
. This Concierge Event Planner is responsible for the research, planning, and execution of Personal, Corporate, and Philanthropic travel for In-N-Out Burger's Owner and Family. This Associate reports into the Concierge Manager to the President.
This role serves as the planner and primary point of contact for In-N-Out Burger company and personal events, ensuring personalized service, flawless logistics, and proactive problem solving before, during, and after each event. The ideal candidate combines luxury hospitality standards with exceptional event management expertise, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.
General Responsibilities
Provide concierge, white glove level service in planning and on-site/off-site execution
