We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Production Trainer based in our Lancaster, Texas warehouse. The Production Trainer reports to the Meat Department Plant Manager and is responsible for creation, implementation and execution of the plant training program. This individual works alongside production Associates to ensure they are fully competent in their role and increase their knowledge on plant processes.
This includes maintaining and updating training records to ensure that Associates have met all company training requirements for company and regulatory compliance
General Responsibilities
Ensures Associates are fully trained and works alongside those Associates until they are fully capable of performing their assigned positions.
