We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time
Facilities Development Construction Manager based in our Irvine, CA
- office. The Facilities Development Construction Manager is responsible for providing construction leadership and strategic direction across all non-Store facilities, including corporate offices, production facilities, distribution centers, and warehouses

- General Responsibilities
- Construction Standards & Execution Framework
- Establish, maintain, and continuously evolve all construction standards, quality benchmarks, material and assembly specifications, and execution criteria by facility type (office, warehouse, production). Own construction best practices and lessons learned for each facility type, ensuring new projects benefit from accumulated field knowledge rather than starting from scratch. Serve as the keeper and enforcer of construction standards across the full portfolio, including both new development projects and existing facility renovations.
