Our Product Strategy and Operations Team (PS&O) partners with Product and Engineering leaders to help them run each major part of our business.
YouTube’s Growth Platform (“Nitrate”) delivers billions of in-app messages to users everyday to drive product discovery and growth. It’s a critical growth channel that leverages ML-based recommendations to promote YouTube paid subscriptions, highlight product features, and drive watchtime across various content segments (e.g., cultural moments, live sports, new music releases, etc.).
