Who We're Looking For As part of the Human Resources Organizational Development team, the Training & Development Specialist II is responsible for creating and delivering high-quality training experiences that help RF-SMART team members grow their capabilities, strengthen performance, and achieve our value of “ever-expanding impact.”
This role owns the day-to-day execution of RF-SMART’s learning ecosystem, including onboarding programs, Learning Management System (LMS), learning content and instructional design, company-wide learning calendar, Career Growth Framework resources, and team member upskilling initiatives.
The Training & Development Specialist II partners with leaders and subject matter experts to understand business and training needs and translate them into effective learning solutions. This includes conducting needs analysis, designing and developing learning experiences across multiple modalities, coordinating and selectively facilitating learning, and measuring effectiveness.
