The Design-Build Preconstruction Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for electrical design-build, design-assist, target value design, conceptual estimating, budgeting, and preconstruction activities across multiple market sectors and regions. This position leads projects from early concept through execution-team handoff, establishes preconstruction plans and decision milestones, manages cost and design progression, and aligns scope, budget, schedule, constructability, procurement, and risk.
The Design-Build Preconstruction Manager develops client relationships, leads multidisciplinary coordination, maintains estimate quality and cost-history resources, directs assigned estimators, and supports competitive Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs.).
