Provides deep transformation expertise and functional leadership across large, complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise transformation programs. Serves as a recognized internal authority, directing senior specialists and influencing strategic enterprise post-acquisition integration priorities and execution decisions to accelerate business and client outcomes.
Core Responsibilities:
Determines the transformation approach for post-acquisition integration. Identifies transformation challenges and defines requirements across people, process, technology, operating model, and business readiness. Integrates work across major components and recommends solutions that address enterprise dependencies and accelerate intended business outcomes.
Serves as the escalation point for the most complex, ambiguous, or unprecedented integration issues. Evaluates data, enterprise dependencies, risks, control considerations, and competing perspectives to develop defensible recommendations and enable informed decisions.
