Position Summary
We are seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver hands-on training in foundational technical skills required for manufacturing and assembly operations. This role is responsible for preparing, facilitating, and evaluating training programs that build competency in tool use, workmanship, workplace organization, and process compliance. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and instructional experience to help prepare participants for success in precision-driven assembly environments.
