The Talent Acquisition Program Manager keeps every new site opening on track and every partner aligned, turning ambitious growth plans into a coordinated, well-run recruitment effort. This role builds and manages the project timelines that carry a new site from announcement to a fully staffed opening day, working closely with Recruitment Managers to prioritize and sequence recruitment across competing markets and deadlines.
It’s a role built on clarity and follow-through: managing the vendors, billing and college and university partnerships that fuel Towne’s talent pipeline, and making sure every moving piece comes together on time. Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000.
Additional Compensation: Employees may be eligible to receive annual incentive bonuses depending on their job classification and the policy guidelines.
Benefits: Employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees are provided company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability. Employees are also able to enroll in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan.
Paid Time Off: Employees accrue 0.0654 hours of PTO per hour worked up to a maximum of 136 hours per calendar year. Employees receive 6 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and employees accrue up to a maximum of 4 paid floating holidays per calendar year.

Descriptive Statement(s)
New Site Opening Project Management (30% of time): Build and manage detailed project timelines for new site openings, coordinating recruitment readiness milestones from site announcement through first day of operations.
Recruitment Prioritization & Manager Coordination (20% of time): Partner with Recruitment Managers to prioritize and sequence new site recruitment needs against team capacity, business timelines and organizational priorities.
Vendor Relations & Contract Management (15% of time): Manage relationships with staffing agencies, job boards, assessment providers and other Talent Acquisition vendors, negotiating terms and monitoring performance against service levels.
Vendor Billing & Budget Administration (10% of time): Process and reconcile vendor invoices and billing, track Talent Acquisition program spend against budget, and flag and resolve variances.
College & University Partnership Management (15% of time): Develop and manage program-level partnerships with colleges and universities, including recruiting agreements, career fair logistics and internship program structure.
Program Reporting & Process Improvement (7% of time): Track and report project timelines, vendor performance and program metrics to Talent Acquisition leadership, identifying and implementing process improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration (3% of time): Partner with Operations, Finance and HR to align new site recruitment timelines with broader site launch plans.
