Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Milford, Michigan three times per week, at minimum.
The Role:
We are looking for a Controller System Integration Manager (CSIM) to join our Vehicle Mechatronics Embedded Controls (VMEC) organization! This Controller System Integration Manager is a challenging technical leadership position in the development, integration and launch of embedded controller products in all vehicles.
This Staff position is responsible for creating, communicating, and managing various types of ‘program’ plans and ensuring the on-time delivery of an embedded controller and/or its sub-components. In addition, you will lead the Daily Stand-Up meeting with key partners to ensure all requirements and tasks are met on-time with "world's best" quality. You will also lead and establish technical direction for both internal (GM) and external (supplier) engineering support personnel.
