LAYIQ - Quality Engineer at The Boeing Company

· 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
· Experience working in Quality Engineering or other production engineering job role focusing in electrical/wiring installation, systems troubleshooting, and/or aerospace structures
· Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS standard
· Experience with analytics tools & software
· Proactive and collaborative mindset with an emphasis on positive relationships
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
· Analyze complex engineering documentation
· Conduct thorough audits
· Experience in identifying chronic non-conformances through data analysis and implementing effective corrective actions
· Experience in leading/managing cross-functional teams

Summary Pay Range: Level 2: $83,000 - $112,700
Level 3: $100,300 - $135,700
