LAYIQ - Travel & Operations Analyst (Part-Time) at Graybar

Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional administrative experience required (2–3 years preferred, specifically with Microsoft Office and the Sabre Red Travel System).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with SharePoint and document repositories
Working knowledge of Sabre Red Travel System and Concur Travel & Expense System
Strong numerical accuracy and basic mathematical skills for data entry
Exceptional organizational and file-management skills
Solid computer literacy and system navigation skills
Clear communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to maintain high accuracy and data entry precision under deadlines
Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously
Ability to execute accurate travel bookings in the Sabre Red Travel System
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve routine system errors
Shift and Hours: 4 hours per day; Monday to Friday
Compensation Details: The expected starting rate of pay for this position is $20.00 per hour, with compensation subject to increase based on experience.
