Job Description
The University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine is recruiting for a Program Coordinator. The Regional Workforce Pathway Coordinator supports healthcare workforce pipeline development by coordinating student-facing career pathway programs in rural and frontier communities.
The position is responsible for developing and implementing healthcare career exploration, enrichment, and workforce readiness activities; assessing and supporting school readiness for Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) chapter development; and facilitating student engagement in healthcare career pathways aligned with regional workforce needs.
Working collaboratively with Rural Health Advocates, educators, and community partners, the coordinator supports advisor recruitment and training, pathway program implementation, student career navigation, and data tracking to strengthen the future healthcare workforce pipeline. This is a part-time position.
Compensation
