Within CO+I, the Core Datacenter Services (CDS) team is responsible for improving the availability, resilience, and efficiency of Microsoft’s global cloud infrastructure. We are seeking a Senior Director, MRO Supply Chain - Datacenter Operations to lead the end-to-end supply chain for maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) spare parts supporting datacenters globally.
Additionally, this role has responsibility for destruction equipment strategy and qualification that includes the spare part planning and fulfilment of maintenance standards within our datacenters and circular centers. This senior leader will set the vision, operating model, and transformation agenda for the function, building the capabilities, systems, partnerships, and talent required to plan, source, position, move, replenish, repair, recover, and manage critical spare parts throughout their lifecycle.
The role is accountable for supply and demand planning, logistics, warehousing, supply network design, inventory strategy, supplier execution, and service performance in support of reliable datacenter operations and Microsoft’s AI and cloud growth.

Supply Planning M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
