Post-event restoration of the facility
Seating installation and removal
Chair cart movement and storage

Table and equipment setup
Barricade and crowd-control equipment placement

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in event operations, warehouse operations, facilities, hospitality, construction, or a similar field preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Strong attention to safety and detail.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The employee must be able to: Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, push, pull, and reach.
Safely lift and move equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with heavier items moved using team-lifting procedures or mechanical equipment.
Work for extended periods while standing and walking.
Work in varying temperatures and conditions, including loading docks, garages, outdoor areas, and event spaces.
Safely navigate stairs, ramps, catwalks, and back-of-house areas when required.
Perform repetitive physical tasks during extended event conversions.
SAFETY EXPECTATIONS
Safety is a core responsibility of this position. Employees are expected to: Follow all facility safety policies and procedures.
Participate in required safety training.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Follow proper lifting and material-handling procedures.
Immediately report unsafe conditions, injuries, damaged equipment, and hazards to management.
Never operate equipment without proper authorization and training.
Maintain awareness of other employees, vendors, equipment, vehicles, and event activities within the work area.
