THE OPPORTUNITY
Mission Road Animal Clinic is growing, and we're not just looking for an associate veterinarian to fill a caseload. We're looking for a leader in the making. Someone with the drive, ambition, and a growth mindset to help shape this practice’s future. Located in one of the most desirable communities in the Kansas City metro, our loyal and expanding client base has created demand that our current team can't fully absorb.
If you're a veterinarian who wants ownership in your career and practice, this is your chance to step into a practice that's already thriving and help carry its legacy forward.
Built over decades of quality medicine and genuine community connection, Mission Road offers more than a job. It offers a future: a defined path toward co-ownership and partnership for the right veterinarian who's ready to lead and build what comes next.
