THE OPPORTUNITY
Mission Road Animal Clinic is growing, and we're looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our established team in Prairie Village, Kansas.
Located in one of the most desirable communities in the Kansas City metro, Mission Road has built a loyal and expanding client base through decades of quality medicine and genuine community connection. Our continued growth has created an opportunity for another veterinarian to step into an established caseload and become an important part of our team.
We're looking for a veterinarian who enjoys practicing high-quality medicine, values collaboration, and wants the autonomy and support to continue developing their clinical interests. Whether you're looking for a long-term home where you can focus on practicing great medicine or you're interested in taking on additional leadership opportunities over time, there's room to build your career here.
WHAT SETS MISSION ROAD APART
Established Practice & Loyal Client Base:
Mission Road Animal Clinic has been a trusted name in Prairie Village for years. You'll step into an established practice with a strong client base and consistent demand for veterinary care.
High-Quality Medicine:
Practice progressive medicine in a full-service hospital equipped with advanced tools, including digital X-ray and dental radiography, in-house IDEXX labs, ultrasound, and Scribble Vet AI for efficient SOAP note documentation.
Support for Your Growth:
Continue developing professionally through VPP resources, including Clinical Skills Academy, Leadership Academy, continuing education opportunities, and Peer Group support and training.
Career Growth & Ownership Opportunities:
Interested in leadership or ownership down the road? Mission Road offers opportunities for continued professional growth, including a potential pathway to partnership for veterinarians who want to explore practice ownership in the future.
A Collaborative Community:
In addition to your hospital team, you'll have access to the broader VPP veterinary community and resources while Mission Road maintains its individual culture and identity.
