Part Time Mothers Helper– Washington DC

A family in Washington DC (20001) is seeking a reliable, experienced caregiver to assist three children (ages 6mo, 2.5 years, 4 years) with pick up from school and basic care needs in the afternoon.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 3pm-7pm

Approximately 20 hours per week

Family Specifications:

Household with three children ages 6 months to 4 years

Elementary school is a 5-10 minute walk from the family home

Responsibilities:

Assist with some household chores like laundry, toys, light cleaning
Pick up the school aged children from school (school in walking distance)
Assist with basic care, meal times, and playtime
Transportation via family's provided vehicle on days when weather is not appropriate to walk

Requirements:

Prior experience providing private childcare for infants, multiples, and school age children
CPR certified or willing to get CPR certification
Valid driver’s license
Preferred: Spanish, French, or English as first language

Compensation

Compensation:

$25-30/hour
