Wettermark Keith is seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented
Claims Specialist to join our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation team.
The Claims Specialist plays an important role in setting up claims for our clients as well as sending letters of representation to insurance companies and/or registered agents of two entities responsible for our client’s injuries. This position involves making sure claims are set up with the proper insurance parties and obtaining adjuster information for said claims so that WK staff can assist clients with their cases.
If you are someone who enjoys helping people, is comfortable communicating with insurance companies, and can keep multiple claims and follow-ups organized, we would love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Communicate with insurance claims departments and claims representatives to set up claims, send letters of representation, as well as locate adjusters that handle claims for our clients.
- Obtain and organize insurance claim numbers, insurance information, and adjuster information.
- Draft letters of representation to registered agents to entities responsible for our client’s injuries
