The Supervisor, Digital Product Content Operations leads the execution and optimization of digital product content workflows to ensure product readiness, accuracy, and speed to market.
This “working supervisor” role balances hands-on execution with team leadership, owning content intake, prioritization, and quality while improving workflows and cross-functional coordination.
The role also plays a key part in scaling Digital Product Content Operations by building the processes and capabilities needed to support a growing and increasingly complex digital business.
