The Image Quality & Qualification team at Apple is seeking a results driven image quality lab automation engineer to help us test and evaluate the full camera system. In this position, you will design, build, conduct, and present analysis of Camera Image Quality investigations - both objective and subjective. You will also develop custom automation solutions for our Camera Imaging lab. Your collaboration with cross-functional Camera teams at Apple will directly influence the performance and image quality of Apple’s iOS cameras.
Description
As an Image Quality Lab Automation Engineer in Camera & Photos, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Apple cameras produce best-in-class image quality. Your primary responsibilities include designing custom lab tests for novel features, algorithms, or hardware solutions and analyzing the results to influence major decisions across various Apple camera teams.
