Sr. Technical Product Manager, Trust CX Innovations

Amazon's devices are moving from responding to what customers say to perceiving the world around them. Echo, Fire TV, Ring, and the next generation of ambient devices increasingly see, hear, and remember so they can be genuinely helpful. That capability only earns a place in the home if customers trust how it handles what it perceives.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the product vision and roadmap for Ambient Trust. You will define how always-on perceiving devices respect the physical space and the people in it, and you will turn that into shipped customer experiences, from today's early real-time visual features to a broad ambient transparency and control surface across the device fleet. You will work across product, engineering, science, design, hardware, legal, and privacy to make trust a reason customers choose our devices.
