We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and people-focused
People Operations Intern to support our day-to-day HR operations and contribute to creating a seamless employee experience.
What you’ll do:: Support day-to-day People Operations activities.
Assist with organizing, filing, and managing employee files while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with preparing HR reports, and employee-related documentation.
Support the coordination of HR processes and ensure smooth execution of daily administrative tasks.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:: A fresh graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
Good command of Microsoft Office.
Previous internship or exposure to HR is a plus.
