Delta’s Integrated Operations Planning team aligns strategic plans across operations, develops key operational inputs to the airline schedule, and designs cross-divisional solutions to achieve operational goals. The Analytics Specialist, Airport Planning Integration, supports this work by organizing and analyzing planning data to enable rapid decision-making.
This role partners closely with leaders and business partners to understand operational processes, address emerging challenges, and develop data-driven solutions that improve operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new schedule KPIs and create automated reporting in support of executive-level future planning reviews
- Produce robust documentation and training materials to assist other teams in interpreting and analyzing future schedules
- Be the central owner of schedule data for operations teams, partnering with Network Planning to maintain consistent and accurate data flows, as well as developing new data sources and structures
