The TechOps Finance team is seeking an innovative and results-driven individual for the Finance Program Manager – TechOps Finance role. This position will be supporting Delta Air Lines Engine Maintenance operation by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver industry-leading operational and financial performance. The successful candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset and thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Optimize financial performance of the Product Line by having an in-depth understanding of the governing OEM and supplier contracts to maximize contractual entitlements in partnership with the operating teams.
- Ownership of the Product Line P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow by performing month-end close activities, creating insightful reporting, managing weekly forecast process, and supporting the annual operating plan process.
