As a leader within Flight Operations, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the technology experiences that support our pilots every day.
This position leads the strategy, delivery, and continuous evolution of Delta's Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) ecosystem, a portfolio of mission-critical pilot applications and tools that directly impact operational performance, safety, compliance, and the pilot experience.
The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership, technical acumen, operational awareness, and people leadership capabilities to drive meaningful outcomes across a complex stakeholder landscape. This role partners closely with Flight Operations leadership, technical pilots, frontline pilots, IT teams, and external technology vendors to define and execute a long-term vision for pilot-facing digital products.
