The Salesforce Center of Excellence ensures Salesforce solutions across the enterprise are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Delta's technology strategy. We are seeking a technologist who happens to be an expert in Salesforce, not a Salesforce expert whose experience ends at the platform boundary.
As a Senior Process Architect, you will serve as a technical leader for Delta's Salesforce ecosystem. You will design enterprise-scale solutions, establish engineering standards, mentor technical teams, and govern architectural decisions across critical platforms. This role combines architecture leadership with hands-on development, requiring both strategic thinking and technical depth.
