Become a member of Delta's World Class PRM team as a TATL Revenue Management Specialist.
Works closely with the General manager, peer managers in Inventory and Pricing, and market analysts to ensure revenue management objectives are met. Coordinates planning, implementation and measurement of revenue management strategies. Broadens the skill set of new analysts and develops current analysts. Provides input and analysis for upper management. Quick extraction and analysis of new and existing market data into information as needed on an ad-hoc basis. Requires outstanding analytical, leadership and managerial skills.
Develops both strategic and tactical plans that create a safety-conscious environment resulting in employee safety and well-being. A successful candidate will be able lead a team of analysts who analyze current supply and demand dynamics, discern customer travel behavior, collaborate cross functionally, be comfortable with ambiguity and use the available tools to maximize revenue.
