How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
This position will be responsible for supporting Delta’s third-party Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) business by developing detailed risk analyses, analyzing maintenance program performance, and driving process improvements. The successful candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset with a focus on driving excellent financial and operational performance in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
As part of this role, you will support the operating team identify opportunities to improve financial / operational performance, execute shop LEAN initiatives, generate long-term project plans related to financial / operational performance, monitor and refine operational KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Prepare and present business updates / strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Support contract fulfillment and contract execution by reporting performance relative to business cases and supporting the business achieve associated metrics.
