The role:
We’re looking for a Sales Onboarding Program Manager to own and evolve the programs that help our sellers ramp faster and perform at a higher level.
Reporting directly to our Senior Director of Strategy & Operations, you will own the coordination and delivery of Sales onboarding end to end: managing cohorts, facilitators, certifications, communications, readiness tracking, and the overall new-hire experience. As we continue to scale, you’ll build the systems and processes that allow us to onboard sellers frequently while maintaining a consistently high bar for customer readiness.
