From Atomic Fi's posting. “We” and “our” refer to the employer.
Atomic is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to own and manage high-impact data products across a dynamically expanding suite of offerings. You'll be responsible for both external and internal analytics, managing data products and insights that serve our customers and partners as well as internal teams across product, marketing, engineering, and leadership.
This role rewards strong SQL and data modeling skills, analytical rigor, and the judgment to know which questions are worth answering. As Atomic's product suite expands, you'll keep these data products accurate, reliable, and relevant while owning large, ambiguous projects end to end. You'll translate complex findings into recommendations leadership can act on and help set the standard for the analytics team.
2-4 years of experience in data analysis, analytics, business analysis, or reporting, including a track record of independently owning projects end to end.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, aggregation, window functions, and querying and shaping large structured datasets.
Experience managing production SQL/database objects through Git/GitHub, including pull requests, peer review, testing, and CI/CD workflows.
Hands-on experience managing and maintaining near real-time data products in tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Mode, or Databricks.
A drive to solve hard problems, not just detect them, with the rigor to validate your own work before it ships.
