Senior Administrative Assistant - Ambulatory Treatment Center (ATC)
The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is a leading institution focused on cancer care, research, education, and prevention. The Ambulatory Treatment Center (ATC) provides essential outpatient services that support patient care and clinical operations across multiple locations, including the Main Hospital, Life Sciences Plaza (LSP), and the Northwest Surgery Center.
The Senior Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the administrative and operational functions that help ensure efficient and effective clinic operations.
The Senior Administrative Assistant provides highly responsible operational support while exercising independent judgment within established departmental guidelines and procedures. The Senior Administrative Assistant works closely with leadership, including the Director and Associate Directors, to coordinate business operations, manage resources, and support daily clinic activities across the ATC.
The Senior Administrative Assistant serves as a key administrative partner in maintaining efficient clinic operations and supporting departmental goals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative support experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ResourceOne and CEMS is preferred. Candidates with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting operational and leadership initiatives will be well suited for this role.
Compensation
: Minimum $45,500 - Midpoint $57,000 - Maximum $68,500
The Texas Medical Center
Must be open to coming onsite at least 3 days per week after onsite training is completed.
