The Surgery division at MD Anderson Cancer Center is dedicated to advancing oncologic surgery in the nation and the world through safe, high-quality, multidisciplinary patient care, research and education. The division is made up of 10 specialized academic departments and includes surgeons, advanced practice providers, researchers and our administrative teams.
We work closely with our partners across the institution, particularly those in Perioperative Services, and Anesthesiology, Critical Care and Pain Medicine as well as through our committees to make improvements to our operating room processes to provide even better care for our patients.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced clinical research professional and registered nurse who combines strong leadership capabilities with deep knowledge of clinical trials. This individual ensures high-quality research operations, promotes a culture of clinical excellence, and supports staff and investigators in delivering safe, ethical, and efficient studies.
