LAYIQ - Senior Tenant Coordinator at Centennial

S. degree preferred
5-7 years’ experience in commercial construction industry
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability for creative thinking and problem solving
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Manage time effectively in order to accomplish goals
Exhibit high motivation and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
Ability to take direction and work independently or with others
Strategic thinker with the ability to formulate strategies and frame solutions to complex issues

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
