Serves as the portfolio leader for a portfolio of strategic nonprofit and community partnerships that advance Navy Federal's mission and strategic philanthropy (CSR) goals. Responsible for partnership strategy, charitable and corporate sponsorship management, performance measurement, and stakeholder engagement, this role works closely with nonprofit executives, community leaders, senior business stakeholders, and Navy Federal leadership to maximize impact, strengthen relationships, and identify opportunities for growth.
The position provides significant external visibility and executive interaction while leading military appreciation and engagement efforts, including recognition programs, community activations, sponsorships, and high-profile events that honor and support service members, veterans, and military families.
