Responsible for evaluating business needs and designing technology-based solutions that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role acts as liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating requirements into functional specifications and supporting the development, testing, and implementation of automated systems. At the senior level, the analyst leads the analysis and design of complex systems and business processes.
This role provides technical guidance, mentors junior analysts, and manages small to mid-sized projects. The analyst ensures alignment between business goals and system capabilities, drives process optimization, and supports change management and training initiatives.
