The AI Business Transformation Analyst ensures enterprise artificial intelligence investments deliver measurable organizational and member value. The role develops and operationalizes the AI Value Realization Framework, establishes consistent standards for defining and measuring outcomes, and partners with initiative owners to apply the framework across the AI portfolio.
Working across business, technology, finance, procurement, risk, and portfolio management teams, the analyst maintains value metrics and reporting, evaluates progress against expected outcomes, and communicates performance insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders. The role also supports AI investment planning and funding governance by developing Lean Business Cases, funding requests, forecasts, and recommendations that connect investment decisions to measurable value.
Conduct complex work with latitude for independent judgment and decision making.
