The Mortgage Assumptions Team, within Real Estate Mortgage Servicing, manages the transfer of mortgage loan obligations through the assumption process while ensuring compliance with investor, regulatory, and servicing requirements. The team partners closely with Member Services, Collateral Review, Compliance, Risk, and Technology to deliver an efficient and positive member experience.
The Summer Association Intern will support operational excellence and servicing modernization initiatives by assisting with business reporting, process improvement, workflow analysis, and operational performance tracking. The intern will gain exposure to the end to end assumption process, collaborate with cross-functional partners, analyze business trends, and contribute to projects focused on improving efficiency, scalability, and member experience.
