The Marketing Data Science & Analytics team partners with Marketing, Product, and Business stakeholders to turn data into actionable business insights. The team is responsible for campaign measurement, reporting, business intelligence, forecasting, customer analytics, and strategic research that help Navy Federal understand marketing performance, member behavior, and business outcomes.
Our work supports executive decision-making by translating complex data into clear recommendations that improve member acquisition, engagement, and growth. The Summer Associate will work alongside analysts and business intelligence professionals on real-world business problems, gaining exposure to marketing analytics, reporting automation, data visualization, and strategic analysis.
The role will involve analyzing large datasets, developing insights, creating presentations for leadership, and supporting initiatives that help answer key business questions.
