The Security Strategic & Ops Analytics team supports business decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to leadership via dashboards and reports. The team uses innovative data analytic techniques to drive efficiency in Fraud Operations and highlight opportunities for the Fraud Detection team.

Potential Summer Associate projects may include:
Build out a centralized risk assessment dashboard that provides a comprehensive, 360-degree view of a member's or applicant's risk profile. Users can search to instantly view consolidated risk indicators from across multiple fraud, identity verification, and security monitoring systems.
