The Consumer Loan Experience Management team seeks to increase product engagement, loyalty, and member value throughout the auto lending lifecycle. The Summer Associate will identify best-in-class experiences as our members transition through key touch points from application to loan servicing. The Summer Associate will utilize internal member data analytics reporting combined with vendor data to identify efficiencies and pain points throughout the lending journey.
The Summer Associate will help further strategic portfolio goals and initiatives within the lending department while developing strong analytical, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills.
