Financial Risk Oversight (FRO) provides credible, value-added challenges to first-line activities and serves as a sounding board to enhance financial risk management across the enterprise.
Financial Risk Oversight (FRO) provides credible, value-added challenges to first-line activities and serves as a sounding board to enhance financial risk management across the enterprise.
FRO reviews, monitors, analyzes, effectively challenges, and reports on first-line financial risk management activities. It plays a role in risk appetite setting, risk identification, and framework design.
FRO's key activities include:
- Large Program Assessments - Low-frequency, comprehensive reviews of large first-line financial risk management programs designed to assist business unit owners with incrementally evolving risk management frameworks.
