We are establishing a new outbound sales function to proactively drive business growth and expand our customer base. We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Business Development Specialist to support this initiative. In this role, you will engage with individuals in the local market whose automotive leases are approaching expiration. By initiating timely, informed outreach, you will position our organization as a trusted partner and create qualified opportunities for our sales team.
This position plays a critical role in enhancing our market presence and driving incremental revenue through targeted engagement. Your job is to start the conversation, build trust quickly, and create meaningful opportunities for our sales team. This is not just cold calling; this is strategic outreach to warm prospects at the right time.

The position will be in our Fort Worth Office M-F 8-5pm.
Salary is $48,000 with an opportunity for performance-based pay that can total up to $30,000+ in a year.
