The Code Red/Blue Case Manager provides case management, transportation, crisis de-escalation, and overnight support to individuals who are unhoused and accessing emergency shelter. Using a trauma-informed, person-centered, strengths-based approach. Case Manager helps clients meet immediate needs and connect with housing, benefits, healthcare, mental health services, substance use treatment, and community support.
The position supports a safe, respectful shelter environment and works under the direction of the Code Red/Code Blue Site Coordinator.
Position Title: Case Manager
Position Type: Full Time; 36 Hours Weekly
