- Job Type: Full-time, Temporary / Contract (7-Week Backfill Contract)
- Schedule: Day Shift | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week) | No On-Call & No Weekend Visits
- Start Date: Immediate Need – Must be ready to start by 11/02/2026
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice Case Manager for a 7-week backfill contract in Palm Harbor, FL. Under physician orders, you will be responsible for identifying, coordinating, and managing the total care needs for terminally ill patients and their families.
