As an Identity Infrastructure Operations Engineer at CrowdStrike, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our identity infrastructure stack, particularly within the Government Cloud ("GovCloud") systems (Fedramp Moderate & Fedramp High DOD IL 4 & 5). Your primary focus will be on ensuring operational excellence, security, and scalability while supporting internal applications and user access within the US-Gov-1 and US-Gov-2 environments.

Bachelor’s degree with 8-11 years of relevant work experience or Master’s degree with 6-7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in identity and access management.
Proficiency in Directory Services, Group Policy Management, DNS, and other related technologies.
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
Scripting Skills: Proficiency in Python and PowerShell for automation tasks.
Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP, preferably within government cloud environments.
Identity Provider Experience: Knowledge of Keycloak, PingIdentity/NokNok, and other identity providers.
Authentication Protocols: Familiarity with SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and MFA integration.
Experience with monitoring/alerting tools, SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk), and security best practices.
Technical Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Plus to have Certifications: CJIS background investigation clearance and relevant training as required by company policy.
CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $125,000 - $180,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
