GENERAL PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION
Working closely with other members of the CNA QMA testing office, this position will be responsible for submitting candidate information to the Indiana Department of Health registry.
The above list of duties is not to be construed as an exhaustive list. Other duties logically associated with the position will be assigned. All responsibilities will be conducted within the parameters of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), other applicable regulatory requirements, and professional standards.
High school diploma/GED.
Must have strong database skills including data entry.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Use of Microsoft Teams, Google documents and Zoom is required.
