Oxbow Academy provides very specialized treatment. We are often the last hope to families in crisis who don't know where to turn. As a youth mentor on the Oxbow team, you will provide a safe and supervised environment where our families' sons can begin the healing process.
Oxbow Academy is looking to hire a hard-working and self-motivated equine coordinator. Learning to care for and work with animals is a highly effective experiential activity. As you know from experience, animals connect with people in a unique way. The work you do with our students and horses is very important to their therapeutic process. An excellent equine coordinator will have extensive riding experience (5+ years) and be skilled at working with challenging animals.
