Supply Transactional Finance

We are looking for a Supply Transactional Finance professional to support high-volume AP finance processes and ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations. In this role, you’ll handle invoice processing, transaction recording, reconciliation, record management, and query resolution while maintaining accuracy and meeting service level requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Verify, process, and record financial transactions and requests accurately and on time.

Process invoices and maintain complete and accurate financial records and documentation.

Perform reconciliation and investigate discrepancies in records, reports, and transactions.

Respond to internal and external queries within agreed service levels.

Coordinate with relevant teams and stakeholders to support daily finance operations.

Handle high-volume data and transactional tasks efficiently.

Support ad hoc back-office and general administrative tasks as required.

Is This You?: Minimum B2 English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Finance or Accounting experience through education, internship, and/or full-time employment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Comfortable working with high-volume data and repetitive transactional processes.

Flexible to work varying hours, including overnight shifts and public holidays.

Willing to be placed in BSD and/or Jakarta.
