ProSync is seeking an experienced Java developer to join a small, mission‑focused engineering team responsible for building and sustaining operational software in secure environments. The ideal candidate brings strong Java development skills, experience with modern tooling such as Git, Gradle, Guice, Docker, and REST, and a willingness to support both backend and limited‑scope UI development. Experience with the ELK stack, MongoDB, Ansible, and Kubernetes is strongly desired.
This role requires strong Linux proficiency and the ability to work in customer spaces or an offsite SCIF while supporting mission‑critical software delivery.
